Absolutely thrilled to announce that Hollie has been invited to attend a dinner for our aggregator in celebration of making the top 20 brokers in QLD....We are a small female founded business (that packs a punch!) up against some pretty big and long-standing businesses in the area which just adds the cherry to the top of the cake. So many of you message me thinking you need perfect credit to even have the conversation. You don't.

I had a client last month convinced she'd blown her chances over a $40 phone bill from years ago (Spoiler alert: she hadn't!!). Lenders look at the whole picture not just the one thing you're stressing about at 11pm 🤣

But tbh this really comes back to the difference between brokers and banks. I'm not stuck pitching you one lender's rulebook. I actually have 60+ to play with, and they all think differently about risk. So if one says no, that's not the end of the story (or the world🤣), that's just one opinion.

Brisbane's not waiting around for anyone to feel "ready" and honestly the chat costs you nothing. Its not having it that might cost you!

Anyway - yes, it's a different process with different documents, different servicing calculations. But different doesn't mean impossible, and sometimes it's actually not hard at all.
