Back in July, Ballard Insurance Services travelled home to sponsor our first race in Longreach.
It was an awesome few days catching up with family, friends and business partners we don't get to see as often as we'd like.
The support of the people out west is something I will never forget growing up out there.
We definitely plan to make the trip an annual event and would like to thank all those involved in making the weekend happen. We even managed to back a couple of winners.

If you are ever wondering "how does having an Insurance Broker benefit or add value to the client" Please take a look at the pics attached. This claim happened in December last year and the client called at 7.30pm that evening to advise of the incident and what to do from here....
By the time we finished talking about the events of that terrible day, we had a completed claim form to the insurer who appointed the assessor immediately. With the claims team fully engaged, this claim was totally sorted within weeks and given the size, timing and intricacies of the machine, this was an awesome result.
The real value of a well placed insurance program is evident at claim time. While the event is extremely distressing for the client we are able to help at the time of real need.
