Yesterday marked a very special milestone, Sportscover’s official 40th anniversary! 🎉

We brought our team together for an all-staff lunch to celebrate four decades of Sportscover and the people who have helped shape our story.

From our beginnings in Melbourne in 1986 to where we are today, we’re proud to have spent 40 years supporting the sports and leisure community.

Thank you to everyone who has been part of the journey past and present. Here’s to the next chapter!

Australia has produced countless unforgettable sporting moments over the past 40 years. But one came out on top. 🥇 Steven Bradbury’s extraordinary gold medal at Salt Lake City 2002 was voted #1 in Sportscover’s Top 40 Australian Sporting Moments of the past 40 years. Steven became Australia’s first Winter Olympic gold medallist when he stayed on his feet as the leading skaters fell on the final corner creating a moment that immediately became part of Australian sporting folklore. To finish our countdown at the MCG, Steven joined us to revisit the famous race and share the much bigger story behind those final few seconds. Having our #1 moment brought to life by the man at the centre of it was a fitting way to celebrate 40 years of Sportscover, 40 years of Australian sporting history, and a very special night. 💚
