Through sheer necessity, the directors has to come up to speed with the private lending market, the concept, the ja
rgon, the processes and the unknown. After many sleepless nights with hours of research completed and applications submitted, funds were secured. Some months after the first loan was settled, more funds were required for another business opportunity. The directors were again faced with the daunting task of trying the find the right people and loan terms that matched their level of comfort. It was at this time that the directors saw a need to cut through the BS and provide small business owners with upfront, no nonsense, transparent information to make their own funding decisions. We specialise in loans for small businesses only, these are often considered too small for larger funders to waste time in processing and applying their large fees. Our directors come from a small business owner background and know intimately the issues small to medium enterprises are faced with on a daily basis. Our funding offers are based on real property security. We manage funds on behalf of an established private lender and as such decisions are made immediately based on pre-established criteria. In addition, we have access to a number of other funders who are specialists in private lending should they be required.
