Meet Mike, the Managing Director of Baton Advisory.

While Baton Advisory is a business broking and M&A advisory firm, at its core, it's about people — and the big decisions that shape their future.

That’s why we’d like to introduce the person behind it all: Mike Guyomar.

Mike founded Baton Advisory in 2018 and leads the firm as Managing Director and primary dealmaker.

He graduated with a degree in Philosophy, Politics & Economics from Oxford, holds an MBA from Massey University, and is a Chartered Accountant.

Mike started his career with Price Waterhouse in London and Wellington, worked as an analyst with NatWest Markets, and later specialised in the SME sector — where he discovered a genuine passion for helping business owners navigate sales, acquisitions, and everything in between.

That passion, combined with his strategic insight and practical experience, has been key to Baton Advisory’s continued success.
