I’m thrilled to share that I’ve been honored as a Diamond Lender for the fourth year in a row.

This time, I took my younger daughter along for the awards ceremony trip to Cairns. It was her first time on a plane, and she was buzzing with excitement the whole way—chatting non-stop and asking a million questions. It was such a joy to see the world through her curious eyes.

We also got the chance to head out to the Great Barrier Reef and divin down in a submarine, we were blown away by the vibrant coral reefs and all the colorful fish 🐟 swimming around-it was just unreal.

I want to take a moment to say a huge thank you to my amazing clients, delicated Team members & inspiring Leader. Above all, I’m thankful for my loving family. Just returned from a wonderful Easter camping trip and received a lovely email from a customer I recently helped, who has now purchased her downsized apartment.

For instance, I still get an insurance quote directly from my provider to double-check flood risk implications before finalizing any purchase decision. What a fantastic way to wraps up this year with 14 settlements last week.😃It’s been an incredibly rewarding half-year, both for my customers and myself.

This half, I achieved a personal best, settling over 125 loans—an average of almost 5 loans per week. Behind these numbers are countless incredible stories: from first-home buyers using the First Home Buyer Scheme or guarantors, to families upgrading or downsizing, purchasing investment properties, funding renovations, or even cashing out to buy a family car. It’s been an honor to support each customer on their unique journey.

I’m also proud to share that I received 42 surveys in less than 3 months, all with promoter feedback. More importantly, seeing customers refer their friends and family to my service has been the greatest reward, knowing they truly trust and believe in the value I provide.
