ACQUISITION | Arcana Capital are pleased to announce the first acquisitions for 2023, with the settlement of 35 Miles Platting Road, Eight Mile Plains (QLD) for $13.55 million, and 190 Stirling Street, Perth (WA) for $12 million.

With the two complementary assets providing geographic and tenant diversity, the Capital City Office Unit Trust is projected to deliver a distribution of 7.25% p.a. paid monthly to wholesale investors (in Years 1 and 2).

This represents Arcana’s largest acquisition since the company’s inception in 2016.
