When the hammer falls, the contract is unconditional.

That means:
❌ No cooling-off period
❌ No finance clause
❌ No changing your mind

If your finance isn’t in place, you’re still legally required to settle.

Before auction day, make sure you have:
✔️ Your borrowing capacity clearly confirmed
✔️ Your deposit ready (usually 10%)
✔️ A firm maximum price and the discipline to stick to it

Bridging finance can allow you to purchase your new property before your existing one sells.

Here’s how it works 👇
• The bank temporarily “bridges” the gap between the purchase and the sale
