Current medium- to long-term economic conditions are a complication, as NTI’s Gary Woodhams notes: “disrupted supply chains will be a global issue well into 2023–24. Accessing new equipment, parts and labour has become difficult.”

Incidents involving mobile plant and equipment can be expensive, causing significant business disruption and job delays.

With the impacts of COVID-19, the war in Ukraine, extreme weather events and emerging economic pressures, replacement parts and plant can be hard to find and slow to replace.

That’s why, now more than ever, preventing incidents – and reducing their severity and impact should they occur – is a critical business strategy.

Our MPE Risk Engineer Hayden Reed discusses how you can reduce the likelihood of incidents in your business.
