Derek Lodge - Liberty Helping people get financial with free-thinking loans. Australian Credit Licence 408042 I’m proud to be a mortgage broker working for Liberty Financial Services.

I have worked in the industry for 16 years, and under Liberty for 8 years. Liberty is one of the leading independent finance companies and has been offering customers a competitive alternative to banks since 1997. I like that with Liberty I am able to work with clients on a wider range of loans for homes, cars, and businesses as well as investments, insurance, and finance solutions. With Liberty, I am supported in putting the customer first and enjoy playing a genuine and personal role in people’s financial journey. From my time working in the finance industry, I have been through the lending process countless times and have a good relationship with a variety of Lenders. My role is to help you through the complex paperwork and compliance information required to obtain a loan. I make it a priority to keep my clients informed on the process and regularly follow up with Lenders so that I am always accurately updated with where the process is at. I am familiar with a broad variety of product offerings from many lenders. Using this knowledge, I always strive to recommend products that are paralleled to clients' personal requirements and may even be able to negotiate a better deal than they could without a broker's assistance. Doing what I do in this field of work, I am in it for the long haul. Whether it’s giving people the freedom to start a business, buy premises, buy/refinance/invest in property, buy a car for yourself/your business, or invest for greater returns - Liberty and I are here to make it happen.

Last month I had the pleasure of attending and supporting the Camp Quality Charity Golf Day for 2026.
I could tell you about all of the great shots I had but I would only be lying.
Always happy to support this great cause and look forward to the 2027 Golf Day.
