It's our 20th Birthday! And to celebrate 20 years in the community, we are giving away $20,000 in our Q1 funding round to support eligible community projects. It’s a bit like our usual community funding but with a twist- this time we are placing the decision-making power into the hands of the community. 💛

All shortlisted eligible projects will be presented for public voting at our 20th Birthday celebration marquee at the 2026 event, giving locals the opportunity to support the initiatives that they believe will make the most difference in the community.

Thank you to the guests from our business community who joined yesterday's State of the Economic Market breakfast, presented by Bendigo Bank's Chief Economist, David Robertson.

It was fantastic to hear David's insights into current market conditions and emerging trends that give our local business community a clearer view of the economic challenges and opportunities ahead. We were proud to create a forum where our community could learn, ask questions and build the relationships that underpin a confident and resilient regional economy.

When you bank with us, you’re helping fund the programs, partnerships and opportunities that strengthen our community over time.

Just like our support of the Alpine Outreach Mobile Health Van Project. Made possible through a partnership between local funding partners and healthcare providers, the program has expanded access to skin cancer screening and early intervention services across the North East region. Since April 2025, 768 skin cancer checks have been performed, with 400 suspicious lesions identified, including many potentially life-threatening cancers that may otherwise have gone undetected.
