One insight from the live audience polls stood out clearly:
61% of attendees said their business still relies on mostly manual or separate payment systems.
At the same time, operators told us they’re navigating increasing pressure around failed payments, operational efficiency, fraud, guest expectations and cash flow uncertainty.
As hospitality continues to evolve, payments are no longer just transactions happening at check-in or check-out. They now sit across the entire guest journey - from bookings and deposits through to refunds, adjustments and post-stay payments.
