Our Products are hard to beat, with a minimum of 25-year guarantee on our products. We have experienced a significant amount of growth and due to increased demand, we are currently seeking an experienced, professional sales representative to head up our sales department.

Your key responsibilities will include:
• Sales/Closing Sales/Generating Sales/Sales.
• Quotations.
• Lead Generation.
• Generate new business in both the residential and construction sectors.
• Retain existing business and identify new sales opportunities.
• Directly accountable for sales goals and KPI's.
• Knowledge of timber flooring/floating floors is highly desirable.
• Preparation of regular sales reports.
• Monthly meetings with Exec Team.
• Working within a close-knit team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• The purpose of this position is to focus on new business development throughout Victoria.

We are looking for a sales professional who shares our passion to see our businesses grow!
Your role will be to generate and follow up leads, bring in more customers/clientele and close sales. We run marketing campaigns that will aide you in the lead generation. House visits are part of the workload gauge the scope of works, quote accordingly and close the sale. Training is provided.
THE IDEAL APPLICANT
Ideally, you will have previous experience in sales and business development and have experience in establishing and maintaining key relationships. You will be an effective communicator and able to collaborate and work effectively within a team environment, flooring/building industry knowledge is desirable but not essential.
We are looking for a highly motivated "can-do" attitude, and a belief that you are capable of achieving a significant amount of professional growth over a short time.
