We’re on the lookout for a motivated and organised individual to join our friendly team as an Administration Officer / Trainee Insurance Broker.

🔹 What You’ll Do:
• Assist with customer inquiries and help keep the office running smoothly and general office duties
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Manage weekly debtor tasks
• Support our Account Managers
• Manage a small portfolio of domestic insurance policies
• Process new business, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations
• Help clients with insurance claims and related queries

🔹 We’re Looking For:
• Willingness to complete Tier 2 qualifications in Insurance Broking
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• High attention to detail and admin-savvy
• A reliable team player with a positive attitude
• Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
