Its been sweat & stress for my client that their purchase settlement transactions have the last minute hiccup as Westpac Settlement team picked up the ownership portion didnt match with transfer copy from client’s solicitor provided.

I received phone call from the assessor around 1.35pm that deal need to resubmit and re- Approval, settlement is pending for the correction title of ownership. I dropped everything and jumped online to amend loan application so the assessor can rework on loan from scratch.

I Received loan approval & doc re- sent to client for e-sign docs all over again around 3PM

Docs signed received by Westpac settlement around 4.07 PM, all docs verified & check and settlement rebooked again 4.30PM and FINALLY 3 LOANS HAVE SETTLED JUST BEFORE 5PM

With my 20 years plus lending experience I’m always calm & work well under pressure cause I know my work well, the bank system and I get used to last minute things happened. I dont blame client for being panic & stress especially they have gone through very bad experience with their solicitor for last few days and next thing is with bank issue for rework their loan last minute but they have my back up & support all the way & I will make sure 3 loans will settle today no matter what.

Congrats to my client for their land settlement and my next step is to get their construction loan approval for building house 🏠

Client was advised by their previous broker that their loan would take one month for Approval while they need to meet the deadlines cooling off period cause they already exchanged the sale contract. The real estate agent Binh Huynh highly recommended my services to clients and I’ve managed to get their loan through & received Unconditional Approval within 48 hours ( sorry I messed up with my maths in video recording 😀) for total 3 loans- 2 refinance loans with 2 different lenders and new loan to completed their purchase property.
