If you’re looking at smaller sized residential properties, this one might be for you.
📎 Our goal for clients like this, is to firstly be upfront with the limitations before
the client falls in love with a place they can’t finance.
📎 Next we find a lender comfortable with a smaller property without having such a large deposit.
Some limitations to be aware of:
🏠 Most lenders have minimum size requirements, typically 40-50sqm.
🏦 Some lenders will consider it, but often cap the LVR at 60%-70%,
so you’ll need a larger deposit.
💸 We recently found that one lender will accept anything under 30sqm, however with 80% LVR and no LMI.
Small studio apartment loans can be risky for lenders, and may be expensive for clients but we can find ways to ensure you secure a place and a deal that aligns with your needs, wants and finances 🚀
