Not getting any younger, so after my birthday last week, it felt like a good time for a bit of a reset.

Great to have exercise physiologist Ryan Nelson from Endeavour Physiology in the CANE Financial office for an exercise performance reset and physical assessment. What an honour to attend a private lunch at the Royal Exchange with former Wallaby David Wilson, alongside Ian Hyman and Tony Martin from Hymans, Matthew Porch from Aquamore and Mark Riach from Trilogy.
