The Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA) has once again reduced the official interest rate by 0.25%, to a historic low of 1%.

If lenders decide to pass on the full benefits, that could mean ANOTHER saving of:

- $696/ year on a $400,000 loan
- $1,728/ year on a $1,000,000 loan

Combined with last month's rate cut, these hypothetical borrowers could now be saving $1,389 and $3,472 a year, respectively.

- $1,749/ year on a $1,000,000 loan
