For those who are new here, here’s a bit about me:
I’ve spent most of my life in this region, and I really enjoy working with people and families in the same community I call home.

Just a little life update for you all…

Some of you may not have known, but our family has grown 💙

Our newest little man, Rowe, has arrived and we are officially outnumbered (in the best way). We’re soaking up all the newborn cuddles and settling into life as a family of five.

FAQ: How do pre-approvals work, and how long do they last?

A pre-approval is basically a lender’s way of saying, “Yes, based on what we know right now, we’d be happy to lend you up to this amount.” It gives you confidence when house-hunting because you know what you can afford, and sellers know you’re serious.

Most pre-approvals are valid for around 90 days, but this can vary between lenders. If you don’t find the right property within that time, we can usually extend it or reapply — it’s not the end of the world.

The important thing to remember: a pre-approval is based on the info you provide at the time. Big changes to your income, expenses, or debts could affect the final approval.
