$110 a month, doesn't sound like much, does it?

That's what a refinance saves a client recently - dropped their rate 0.20% and killed a $495 annual package fee (they didn't even know they were paying!).

That monthly saving could equate to:
- 18 coffees
- 22 blocks of chocolate
- A full tank of fuel

As most of you know, we welcomed our third baby into the house earlier this year, and there has been some BIG shifts.

I was prepared financially (of course), I knew the impact a third dependant would have on any future borrowing, I was even aware the general household costs would increase with Elli being home more and the ludicrous amounts of extra washing one tiny baby creates.

But I forgot to factor in how time poor I would be!

It’s been a bit of an adjustment to say the least, which is why I haven’t been very active on my social media lately, but I’m determined to get back into it, and even more determined to get you the best deals when it comes to your borrowing.

For those who are new here, here’s a bit about me:
I’ve spent most of my life in this region, and I really enjoy working with people and families in the same community I call home.

What I do is pretty simple, I help people make sense of their options when it comes to home loans. Whether it’s buying a first home, refinancing, or just understanding what’s possible, my role is to keep things clear, straightforward, and as stress-free as possible.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family, getting outdoors, or chasing after the kids.
