Box Hill Estate Opportunity Fund 01 (The Fund) is structured to provide fixed returns of 12-15% p.a. over a 15-month term. The Fund is backed by a robust security package, including Preferential Shares and Developer Guarantees. In this highly volatile market, the offer provides a lower-risk investment opportunity.

New Fund Launched. Our latest Wholesale Fund offering 12.5%-20% p.a.

We are pleased to announce the launch of the second Wholesale Fund in 2026.

Opportunity Fund 06 is an attractive wholesale investment opportunity that offers 24 & 36-month term options, with three fixed return structures available, providing the opportunity to earn between 12.5% p.a. and 20% p.a., depending on the selected term and payment option. The Fund is supported by a strong security package, including Preferential Shares and Developer Guarantees.

Investors opting for a 36-month term with interest on maturity will earn a fixed return of 20% p.a., which equates to an effective 60% return over the 3-year period. Note that periodic interest payments will be made to investors on the due dates, and there is no compounding option.

KEY FEATURES OF THE FUND:

Fund Size: $15,000,000

24-Month Term Maturing 20 February 2028
• Option 1: 12.5% p.a. paid Quarterly
• Option 2: 14.5% p.a. paid Annually
