Karyn began her journey in the conveyancing industry back in 2005 as an outside clerk, where her drive to learn and grow quickly led her into a conveyancer role. After completing her Certificate IV in Conveyancing in 2009, she built a strong reputation for her reliability, professionalism and incredible attention to detail.

Joining the team in 2023, Karyn brings a calm and organised approach to every settlement, ensuring clients feel supported and cared for from start to finish. Her impeccable work ethic and time management skills make her a trusted guide through the settlement process.

Settlement Day isn't always moving day. 🏡

It's one of the most common misconceptions we hear.

Settlement day is when the legal ownership of the property transfers from the seller to the buyer. This involves your settlement agent, banks and other parties completing the financial and legal process behind the scenes.

Only once settlement has been confirmed are the keys released, so while it often happens on the same day, don't start the moving truck until you've received the all-clear.

At Apple Settlements, we work closely with everyone involved to help your settlement run as smoothly as possible and keep you informed every step of the way.
