Alan joined RTF in February 1999 after a 10 year career with AGC & some years prior with the Commonwealth Bank. He is responsible for the day to day running of the office and the efficient processing of credit applications. Alan’s expertise lies in not only understanding the client’s business and getting the best priced, best deal for them but also understanding the lender’s criteria. 👉 Anita Ramondetta
Anita began working at RTF in February 2011. Prior to this she worked in a finance brokerage for 11 years in a similar role. Anita is our receptionist and also processes the finance transactions from approval to settlement. Her efficiency and knowledge enables RTF to complete in-house documentation for 8 major lenders.
