Just a heads up to everyone out there

Over the last few weeks I have seen a very large increase of businesses not providing items as detailed on invoices or billing items that haven't even been used on that job

Check your invoice and check the goods to make sure they match what you were looking at

All products must match the display stock and meet Australian standards

And please don't pay a invoice if you don't understand what's on it

Have you checked your roof after a solar intall

This is a roof I inspected after they had solar installed the owner could see light from holes in the roof sheets

Along with a list of other items that will be listed in the electrical report

The solar company did not come to site and told the owner he was out of warranty in NSW damage to a roof like this falls under poor workmanship and can be followed up with NSW fair trading and Orders made by Ncat to replace the roof

With the days getting shorter and the nights getting colder

Be aware of what the below zero temperature can do to the pipes in your home

And be aware of what you can and can not claim under your insurance policy
A number of companies will not cover the cost of the plumber to repair or replace the pipe, but they will cover for a carpet cleaning and drying if you make the claim asap
