🎉🌟 A Very Special Farewell to Our Wonderful Adele! 🌟🎉

Hi Everyone,

Today marks the end of an incredible era at the Katoomba branch as we say a heartfelt farewell to our dear colleague and friend, Adele, who is officially retiring after a phenomenal career with us.
Adele first walked through our doors on June 2, 2014, and since that day, she has been a pillar of our branch and a smiling face for our community.

To put her amazing legacy into perspective, Adele has dedicated:
12 years, 2 months, and 26 days of service.
That’s roughly 3,195 working days.
Which adds up to over 25,560 hours of helping customers, supporting our team, and making our branch a better place.

Adele, your dedication, warmth, and expertise have left a lasting impact on every single one of us and on the thousands of customers you have helped over the years. You are not just a colleague; you are a huge part of our branch’s story and our Katoomba family.

While we are so sad to see you go, we couldn't be more excited for you to start this well-deserved next chapter. We hope it’s filled with joy, relaxation, and wonderful new adventures!
