The RBA held the cash rate at 4.35% today. After three rises in a row, that is a welcome pause.

Your bank is not going to call you and tell you there is a better rate available. That is just not something they do.

Lenders keep their sharpest rates for new customers. If you have not reviewed your loan in the last 12 months there is a good chance someone who walked in off the street today is getting a better deal than you.

We check in on every client every 3 to 6 months so you are never sitting on a rate you should not be on.
