We had our first Precious Time Business Banter session this morning.

There were only four of us in the room, but between the four of us, we had 56 years of experience running a business!

That’s 56 years of lessons learned the hard way.
56 years of mistakes, wins, staff issues, pricing decisions, client dramas, growth decisions and “I wish I knew that earlier” moments.
In 90 minutes, we shared what was working well for us right now.
It reinforced exactly why I started this: Everyone speaks. Everyone contributes. Everyone leaves with something useful.

Imagine what happens when you sit in a room with decades of lived business experience, actually get to ask questions and feel supported.
