Finding the RIGHT home is.

It takes the average home buyer at least 6 months to finally find the right home.

In a competitive Buyer's market, Real Estate Agent's will often receive a few Offers on the table to present to their Vendors for consideration.
Often, the Agent will call the Broker to gauge the likelihood of loan approval, and ultimately, another Sale for them!

I LOVE these calls!

As a single mum, I know all too well the struggles many women face as they try to rebuild their life after separation & divorce.
We often end up doubling our burdens, playing both roles of breadwinner & nurturer, with far less support available.
But we soldier on.
We make it work.
We do what needs to be done.
I have been absolutely blessed to be able to provide for my family.
With each single parent I can help buy a home, the financial & emotional benefits for the children are exponential. The benefits go far beyond providing a 'roof over their head', it also reduces their risk of living in poverty, and improves their mental & emotional wellbeing.
