Woke up early to find the morning dew on these mumma trees. Simply beautiful.

After a week of lots of sun and lots of rain, the blueberries are coming through nicely for the weekend. We’re open all weekend for the casual to the committed blueberry pickers. Bring a picnic, bring your buckets and say hi to the goats up on the hill.

A quick message to newcomers, we don’t have bird netting so we pick the berries as soon as they’re ripe. The bunches don’t all ripen at once. So the experience is best when you have time to enjoy the process of finding the ones that are ready for you. Have a look under the tree or behind the front bunches - there’s often lots of blue gold waiting behind ready for someone to discover them.

Blueberry News Update!

They’re back to abundance level. Our quick harvest to unwind from a big day ended with buckets overflowing in rapid time.

We forgot to get a photo of the blueberries before the sun went down so here’s a gorgeous photo of Fred who you may see peering over the fence (this photo was taken by a lovely blueberry picker a little while ago).

Last day of school holidays & we’re open for pick-your-own blueberries….especially yummy and handy for lunchboxes!

If you’re after big buckets of blueberries you’re probably best to wait to the weekend though.

We’ve had a huge number of people coming through and while there’s lots of ripe ones out there, it’s going to be another couple of days to get back to oozing off the trees again. We’ll keep updates here! (Or as our 10 year old says “Mummy, it’s a good time to put a news report out!”) 😊🫐🐐☀️

Welcome to all new berry friends!

We love opening up our farm on Muwinina Country each year, sharing our love for this land and these little bundles of happiness and deliciousness with community 💙

A few things that’s helpful to know before coming:

🫐 The blueberries are chemical free

🫐 Please taste a few to get your eye in - that’s what it’s all about.

🫐 Feel free to say hi to the animals. Bader the dog loves a cuddle & you might see the goats (Fred, Melbs & Syd) eyeing off the blueberries from across the fence.

🫐 We’ve set up a picnic area which you’ll see behind Geoffrey (the goat that won’t eat berries!). Enjoy a rest, picnic or let the kids run around.

🫐 This is all about trust. You pick and weigh your own berries, calculate the total with honesty and pay cash before you leave. We love that this community gets it & really want it to be this way for generations to come.
