Nicole has been part of the Elders Insurance Hume family for the past two years, bringing with her a strong background in banking and a genuine passion for helping people. Her experience has given her a great understanding of the importance of protecting what matters most, and she enjoys working with clients to find insurance solutions that suit their individual needs.

Known for her friendly nature and approachable personality, Nicole takes the time to get to know her clients and is always happy to answer questions or lend a helping hand. Building lasting relationships and providing exceptional customer service is something she takes great pride in.

Dymitie is fully qualified, Tier 2 and 1 accredited, and strictly compliant with the Financial Services Reform Act (2001). While she ensures our daily operations run seamlessly, she also heavily specialises in handling large claims—providing expert, steady guidance when our clients face major challenges.

The cold winter weather has well and truly set in. And with it comes an increased fire risk.

Check out our five winter safety tips:
• Test your smoke alarms are working
• Ensure fireplaces and chimneys are clean and use a fire screen
• Check heaters before using them and keep all items 1m away
• Inspect electric blankets before use and store them rolled up
• Take caution with wheat bags to avoid overheating
