✨Meet the Team✨

Veronica entered the insurance industry in 1988 in Hamilton, Western Victoria working in a multi-agency and then with a Broker that transitioned to an Elders Insurance Agency. She relocated to Albury Wodonga in March of 2005 and returned to Elders Insurance in 2006.

After a five-year break from Insurance working in the Freight and Transport industry, Veronica has again returned to Elders Insurance.

Outside of business hours Veronica is involved with the local Mountain Bike Club and the Victorian Downhill Mountain Bike Series.

With extensive background in insurance Veronica can help you with your New Business, Renewal & Claims. Veronica is fully compliant with the Financial Services Reform Act (2001) and is Tier 2 accredited.

Susan joined Elders Insurance Holbrook back in 2003 and brings over 25 years of Insurance experience to the team.

Coming from a rural area, Susan has invaluable experience and knowledge that makes our customers feel confident and comfortable in trusting Elders Insurance to protect their most valuable assets.

Outside of work hours Susan enjoys spending time with her grandchildren & travelling.

Susan is available in our Holbrook Office one day a week (usually Thursday) or available in our Albury office Monday to Wednesday.

Known for her friendly nature and approachable personality, Nicole takes the time to get to know her clients and is always happy to answer questions or lend a helping hand. Building lasting relationships and providing exceptional customer service is something she takes great pride in.

Outside of work, Nicole enjoys spending time with family and friends and being part of our local community.

We’re incredibly lucky to have Nicole on our team, and we know our clients appreciate the care, knowledge and support she brings every day.
