ALBANY (WA) PROPERTY MARKET UPDATE | SEPTEMBER 2026

In brief: More listings, more sales and continued buyer activity.

September saw a welcome increase in sales activity across Albany, with 14 more properties sold compared to August.

We’ve seen a noticeable increase in properties coming to market recently, providing buyers with greater choice and contributing to the rise in sales.
Despite the increase in available properties, buyer demand remains evident, with many homes securing offers within the first fortnight of their marketing campaign, particularly those that are competitively priced and beautifully presented.

What does this mean for sellers?

Presentation, pricing and a well-considered marketing strategy remain key. Buyers are active, but with more choice available, making a strong first impression is more important than ever.
If you’re considering selling, I’d welcome the opportunity to discuss the current market and how we can position your property for the best possible result.
