Our very own Isabelle Paul had a pretty incredible time at the LMG Scale Up Conference in Christchurch - stepping outside her comfort zone, sharing her knowledge and representing McLean Home Loans on a huge stage.

From speaking in a breakout session and sharing best practices with the wider network, to being named a VIP Finalist in the Loan Market International Awards, Izzy had plenty to celebrate! 🏆

While she didn’t take home the trophy, being recognised as one of the top three Support Staff in South Australia is an achievement worth celebrating.

We’ve loved watching Izzy grow in confidence, take on new challenges and continue to back herself.
