But you genuinely never know what might happen on the day.

Did you know that as your property value grows, so can your opportunity to save money? 🏡💰

Banks often price home loans according to your loan-to-value ratio, or LVR, with pricing commonly categorised around the 60%, 70%, 80% and 90% marks.

As your property value grows and your loan reduces, you may move into a lower LVR bracket, which could mean access to a better interest rate.

The catch? Your bank may not automatically tell you when you qualify for a better deal.

Some days remind you exactly why you do what you do. đź’›

This week I had the privilege of speaking at Adelaide’s first supporting women event, alongside an incredible group of women from across finance, property and business.

When I was asked to present on digital disruption, I did what most people probably do… I immediately thought about AI, automation and technology.

But the more I prepared, the more I realised I’d been asking the wrong question.

Digital disruption isn’t really about technology. It’s about people.

It was also a reminder that some of the most valuable conversations don’t happen behind a screen. They happen in rooms full of people willing to share their experiences, support one another and celebrate each other’s success.

A huge thank you to everyone who attended, the incredible speakers and panellists, and to the organisers for creating such a special event. It was an honour to be part of it.

Here’s to embracing change, staying curious and never losing sight of what matters most.

Because no matter how much technology evolves, relationships will always be at the heart of what we do. đź’›
