The topic of health is a topic that we like to forget in everyday life.
However, life reminds us that there is nothing more important then health and that we don't value it enough.

There are numerous topics that I would be able to address now, even writing a book would not be enough. It is important that we take precautions, that we think of ourselves and that we protect ourselves as well as possible.
And to be honest, we secure our car, but who drives our car when we can no longer do it?
