Ինչու՞ են ավելի շատ հայկական ընկերություններ թողարկում պարտատոմսեր

Վերջին տարիներին նկատվում է պարտատոմսերի թողարկման աճ հայկական ընկերությունների կողմից։

Այս միտումը պայմանավորված է մի քանի գործոններով՝

1️⃣Ֆինանսավորման այլընտրանքային աղբյուրների որոնում. Ընկերությունները ձգտում են դիվերսիֆիկացնել իրենց ֆինանսավորման աղբյուրները՝ բանկային վարկերից դուրս։
2️⃣Ներդրումային պահանջարկի աճ. Ավելի շատ անհատներ և կազմակերպություններ փնտրում են կանխատեսելի եկամտաբերությամբ գործիքներ։
