🔻Technician – Level 1 (Remote)
If you’re sharp with troubleshooting, fast on the help desk, and comfortable supporting both software and hardware across multiple locations, this role might be for you.
Key responsibilities :
• First-line tech support (tickets, phone, email)
• Hardware/software troubleshooting (Windows 11, Surface, Lenovo, printers)
• Office 365, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams
• Adobe Suite + form creation
• iOS, Intune, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Sage CRE, Procore, Dealpath
• Network wiring, circuits, routers/switches, VPN setup
• Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
• Support for VOIP, Zoom, Polycom, Logitech
• Yardi + Payscan troubleshooting
• Field support for construction & property management sites
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree
• 2–5 years in hands-on experience in Help Desk IT Support (real estate/construction experience is a plus)
• Fluent in english
