Strengthening Partnerships Across South Asia & Southeast Asia

Chairman Naseem Malekzai had the great pleasure of meeting with diplomatic delegates from South Asia and Southeast Asia on the sidelines of the 2026 Sichuan–South Asia & Southeast Asia Business Development Cooperation Conference.

The meeting provided a valuable opportunity to exchange views, strengthen mutual understanding, and explore new avenues for economic cooperation, trade, investment, and regional connectivity.

The Afghanistan Business Council China (ABCC) remains committed to building strong partnerships that promote sustainable business development and create new opportunities between Afghanistan, China, South Asia, and Southeast Asia.

It was an honor to have Mr. Naseem Malekzai, Founder & Chairman of the Afghanistan Business Council China, at the 2026 Sichuan – South Asia & Southeast Asia Business Development Conference in Chengdu. The conference, organized by Sichuan CCPIT, served as a vital platform for deepening economic ties and exploring new avenues for collaboration. It was a true honor and pleasure to meet Mr. Tawakal Ahmadyar, former Chairman of the Afghanistan Chamber of Commerce and Investment (ACCI) and the current Chairman of Ahmadyar Group, during our meeting in London, together with the leadership of Ariana Export & Import UK Ltd and Ms. Kamila Sidiqi, Director of the Afghanistan Global Business Forum in London.
The meeting provided a valuable opportunity to exchange ideas on entrepreneurship, investment, trade, and strengthening business collaboration between Afghanistan and the international community.
Mr. Ahmadyar is a highly respected business leader whose vision, integrity, and dedication have made a lasting contribution to the development of Afghanistan’s private sector and investment community. It was a privilege to benefit from his valuable experience and insights, as well as to engage with distinguished business leaders committed to promoting economic growth and international cooperation.
I sincerely wish Mr. Ahmadyar, Ms. Kamila Sidiqi, and the leadership of Ariana Export & Import UK Ltd Agha saheb Kamalludin Haroon and Emal Kamalludin continued good health, success, and prosperity in all their future endeavors.
