JOB TITLE: SALES EXECUTIVE - FOAM BLADE BUSINESS

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in the Foam Blade Business. If you have a passion for connecting with potential clients locally and internationally, closing deals, and driving business growth, we want to hear from you!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
SALES REPORTING & DEAL MANAGEMENT:
• Handle and manage closed deals, ensuring smooth transitions and timely follow-ups.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, progress, and results.
CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT & PROSPECTING:
• Contact potential or existing customers to pitch and promote services.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold outreach and initial contact, leverage industry events and networking.
• Go the extra mile to meet sales quotas and build a solid pipeline for future sales.
• Set up meetings with potential clients, listen to their needs, and address concerns both locally and internationally.
• Ask insightful questions to fully understand customer requirements and close sales.
COLLABORATIVE SALES APPROACH:
• Participate in exhibitions, conferences, and industry events on behalf of the company to build brand awareness and network.
• Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies and achieve better results.
• Gather valuable feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams for continuous improvement.
DESIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment-at least 2 years
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish long-lasting client relationships.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
• UAE Manual Driving License (Mandatory).
