Building Knowledge in Property Management
ABNIC successfully conducted a training session on “Property Leasing Policies & Procedures” on 19 August 2026, led by Mr. Yusuf Al Otaibi, Real Estate Manager.
The session covered key areas of property leasing and management, including:
Complete leasing cycle from advertising and tenant applications to renewals, termination, and handover.
Key requirements for residential and commercial tenancy contracts.
Tenant responsibilities regarding property use, subletting, and alterations.
Security deposit management and damage deductions.
Required documents for individual and corporate tenants.
Renewal, non-renewal, and eviction procedures.
Responsibilities for property maintenance and insurance.
Key controls including written contracts, complete documentation, timely notices, collection follow-up, and maintenance records.
