We realized two of the biggest challenges posed in the Middle East region; firstly, CMMS came at exorbitant prices, making them beyond the reach of small and medium size businesses. And secondly, most of the systems were so complicated that they actually discouraged maintenance departments from using them. The maintenance departments needed a CMMS that was affordable, user-friendly and yet broad-based and deep enough to adequately meet their maintenance management needs. With that goal in clear sight, we set about developing Aladdin as the most accessible, adaptable and affordable CMMS in the region. Aladdin is the proprietary software of SGE – a multi-faceted American group that specializes in land development, project management and facilities operation services in North America, the Gulf Countries and other emerging markets. So not only is Aladdin extremely user-friendly and reasonably priced, but it also comes from/emerges from/is derived from/emanates from a culture/tradition/background/custom of a holistic, 360 degree approach to Asset Management which further distinguishes it from other CMMS in the market. Our specialty is guiding clients on the processes to optimally manage their physical assets and the associated performance, risks and expenditures over the asset’s lifecycle. We strongly believe that maintenance activities have the most direct impact on the performance of assets and in turn on the quality of service delivery. • Create a complete asset register capturing all asset details such as asset name, asset number, asset location and custodian
• Do asset transfers and asset reconciliations

• Generate QR-coded asset tags

2. Scheduling Module.
• Drag and drop feature to make scheduling Work Orders simple and easy
• Colour coding to ensure you never schedule more than capacity or allocate personnel not available on a particular day
