Niels van Baasbank Having been in Dubai since 2006, I have actively been part of the journey of the Freehold property market, from inception to the crash of 2008.

Niels moved to Dubai from The Hague, Netherlands in 2006 where he was a professional polo player and subsequently became the Polo Manager at Arabian Ranches Polo & Equestrian Club for two years before moving into real estate. Having just missed the boom years, he had to endure the difficult times but built up an extensive knowledge of the developments that had been completed by that time. In just

over six months he was promoted to Sales & Marketing Director running a team of 20 agents, and enhancing the presence of Best Properties in the marketplace. Appointments that followed were with Allied Pickfords as Sales Manager and Lanhill Real Estate. Niels' continued passion for real estate and the Emirates led him to become a founding partner of Prime Places Real Estate. As Marketing Director he focuses on supporting an experienced team of executives with stategic marketing and creating awareness for our brand.
