Real estate is all about understanding the details. 💡

A seller recently came to me after turning away a buyer. He was told it was a mortgage deal, and he didn't want to wait for a long bank approval.

When I looked into the buyer’s financing, I realized it was backed by an equity release. This means it had the speed and safety of a cash deal. The issue wasn't the buyer—the previous agent just didn't explain how the money worked.

Once I explained it clearly to the seller, he agreed, and we closed the deal smoothly.
