FTA is sending reminder mail for amending the expired documents in the FTA portal and requested to amend/provide the following documents to avoid any difficulties during your fillings or imposing of relevant penalties.
You can contact with us your essential response regarding the amendment of expired documents. Please find the required documents in general for your kind information.

1. Renewed Trade Licence copy
2. Valid Emirates Id and Passport copy of all partners and the Authorized person.
3. If Manager is changed, then valid emirates Id and Passport copy of the new Manager.
4. Bank Details with Swift code.
5. Amendment in MOA or AOA if any.
6. Change of Business Address
