If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your complaint, you may request an internal escalation within Commercial Bank International P.J.S.C for further review.
If you remain unsatisfied after receiving the bank’s final response, you may escalate your case to Sanadak – The UAE Financial Ombudsman Unit.
Before submitting, make sure you have:
• Your complaint reference with Commercial Bank International P.J.S.C
• Relevant bank communication
• Supporting documents

إذا لم تكن راضياَ عن نتيجة الشكوى، يمكنك طلب مراجعة داخلية لدى البنك التجاري الدولي ش.م.ع. للنظر في الحالة من جديد.
وإذا بقيت غير راضٍ بعد استلام الرد النهائي من البنك، يمكنك رفع الشكوى إلى سندك، وحدة تسوية المنازعات المصرفية والتأمينية في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
وقبل التقديم، تأكد من توفر ما يلي:

• مراسلات البنك ذات الصلة
