Furqan Athar Managing Director of McARTHUR + COMPANY is an internationally experienced career shopping centre specialist with over 25 years in the industry and more than 60 successful shopping centre projects in his portfolio.

2011 marked the launch of McARTHUR + COMPANY with the opening of office in Dubai, UAE. Since that time the firm has provided valuable strategic advice and leasing and management services to projects in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, Jordan, Oman as well as the USA and Canada. Today McARTHUR + COMPANY boasts a talented team of over 20 industry professionals with decades of shopping centre development experience in North America, Europe, South Africa, Asia and the Middle East. Our team is well experienced in shopping centre investment, finance, development planning, retail leasing and management and marketing. We understand retail and shopping centres and what it takes to create new centres or reinvigorate older centres that require new energy. We work closely with global retail chains to assist with cross-border expansion needs. McARTHUR + COMPANY believes in well-planned, highly popular shopping destinations with long-term financial growth in value.
