KAASDIR as an organization realizes that women who set out for entrepreneurial ventures face various issues and the final objective of

the organization is to create a women forum which lends out support to handle the challenges of their entrepreneurial journey. The forum aims to provide a networking platform for women entrepreneurs and empower them with adequate knowledge and problem solving skills to run a business successfully. The objective is to enlighten entrepreneurs with issues concerning their social, cultural and financial needs through formal meetings which will have guest speakers from various areas of expertise. This atmosphere of learning and sharing of information created by KAASDIR will facilitate women entrepreneurs to set and achieve more challenging goals. KAASDIR ensures holistic development for the woman entrepreneur wherein they enhance their networking capabilities to their benefit by providing services like organizing regular workshops on peer advisory counseling, strategic planning and work- life balance. The forum also hosts team building exercises and rejuvenation programs. KAASDIR is a one-stop opportunity for all women entrepreneurs to build a close and mutual beneficial relationship of empowerment.
