Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, well-spoken, and confident Female Telemarketer to join our growing team in Dubai. This is not a "behind-the-scenes" desk job; you will be the voice and the face of Avcor Realty. You will be responsible for qualifying high-quality leads through outbound calling and representing the brand in video marketing content.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, qualifying leads for the sales team based on interest and budget.
- On-Camera Representation: Feature in social media videos, property walkthroughs, and marketing snippets to boost brand engagement.
- Database Management: Maintain an organized record of calls, follow-ups, and lead status in the CRM.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Communicate the value of Avcor Realty’s services clearly and professionally to high-net-worth individuals.
- Compliance: Ensure all telemarketing activities adhere to UAE regulations regarding cold calling and data privacy.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: University Graduate (any discipline).
- Gender: Female (as per team expansion requirements).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills in English; ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Camera Presence: Naturally confident and charismatic in front of a camera; no "stage fright."
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with basic CRM tools and social media platforms.
- Experience: Previous experience in UAE Real Estate or Telesales is a major plus, but a high-energy attitude is a must.
