Tips to you and your clients on how to use the online portal:
- Copy and paste your dedicated link to the internet browser.
- Choose “DMed” for dependents or “EMed” for employees, fill the relative application form and upload the requested documents.
- Pay via online gateway by Visa or MasterCard .
- Once request is submitted:
If the case is standard - your client will receive an email with attached Certificate of Health Cover, table of benefits and a receipt of payment. You will also receive a copy of the same email to help you follow up on your productivity.
In case the application provided requested further assessment; the client will receive a message saying that the case is referred and head office medical team will attend to it and respond back.
This plan is card-less and the insured will use his/her Emirates ID instead of a medical card. Activation of EID is after 2-3 working days. Medical services are provided through NEXtCARE P*P network for OP benefits / RN3 for IP. Cover is within Dubai and Northern Emirates. Network list is available at Orient Insurance website.
