🤯🤯🤯 - some brokers in this city drive me nuts!!

and I’ve previously spent so much time spelling out an offer - very clearly - only to get a voice note back and confusion (on their part) at the end.

Not any more! I have 100s of very valuable properties for sale and pricing an offer couldn’t be any quicker.

When there are 37,000 brokers in the UAE it can feel like there a tons and tons of launches every week!

Ok I know I missed a couple in the video (Yas Riva, Sei and the last villas at Ramhan) but the market I am covering is healthy.

I’m not a huge fan of a hot market. I prefer steady markets that keep developers (and prices) in check.

And that’s how I feel about this one.
