Investors made rich by digital currencies are increasingly investing in real estate, and paying in crypto through a licensed broker.
Cryptocurrencies have fueled demand for real estate investments as early adopter investors who grew rich from digital currency look to diversify their assets.

Early-stage adopters of cryptocurrency have suddenly seen their assets surge, making them multi-millionaires or “crypto-rich as we call them,” said Paula Wehbeh-Gambrell, Chief Executive Officer-Strategy, Ellington Properties.

Research from Wego, a travel metasearch engine, shows the top destination here people want to, in terms of search volume, is Dubai, followed by New York City in the US and Turkey's Istanbul.

For spring travel, searches by Wego users ranked Dubai first, New York City second and Thailand's Bangkok in third. When it comes to travelling in summer, when Dubai typically is in low season, New York City and Bangkok ranked first and second, closely followed by Los Angeles.

60% of Dubai to be nature reserves, says Sheikh Mohammed.
Dubai will have 400 per cent more beaches in the next few years, as per an ambitious urban plan announced on Saturday.

About 60 per cent of the Emirate will be nature reserves, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, announced.
"The aim of the Dubai urban plan is to devise life over the next 20 years. We plan to offer the best quality of life to our residents," Sheikh Mohammed tweeted.

Dubai private wealth tops $517bn as UAE attracts rich with 'safe haven' status
About 35,000 high net worth individuals are thought to have migrated to the UAE in the past 20 years - report.

Total private wealth held in Dubai is estimated at $517 billion as 35,000 high net worth individuals (HNWIs) are thought to have migrated to the UAE in the past 20 years.

According to a new report by New World Wealth, Dubai boasts more than 52,000 millionaires, 2,430 multi-millionaires - with net assets of $10 million or more - and 10 billionaires.

Dubai makes up a sizeable chunk of the total private wealth in the Middle East, calculated at $4.3 trillion as of December 2020.

Historic Development! UAE to allow foreign nationals to obtain UAE citizenship.

The decision specified the categories of the people who can be granted the citizenship, under certain conditions. In addition to granting the citizenship to the families- the spouse and children of this specialized and skilled segment, the law allows for them to also keep their current citizenship, which is a major change to the previous rule that doesn’t allow for dual citizenship.
