A spectacular project in 🇦🇪, that I love so much.

Just completed my 2 years in the field of Dubai Real Estate market. Humbled by the average sale value of 9 digit numbers in US$ or UAE Dirhams. People call me lucky but I call it the

“POWER OF LOVE & PRAYERS”

On 27th July 2021, I experienced a pivotal moment in my life. My account contained only $80/ AED 300.

It wasn’t even close to what was needed run my Nahida Khan Foundation School for the underprivileged children or to cover the cost of vocational training for the Flood Displaced women or and the families and staff of my organization who relied on me for their income. Along with it had to pay my debts and ensure my survival during this period.

This same day, I remember feeling lost, and I contemplated all of my options for improving my situation. Before heading to bed I came across a picture on my mobile phone. It consisted of all those homeless people sitting by the river bed of Yamuna and prayed for me.

Following the news that I had been laid off, all the small shelter islands and villages, occupied with flood displaced underprivileged & homeless people, sat down together and prayed for my well-being.

An overwhelming sense of love took over me. I thought to myself, what could be more powerful & rewarding in this world than receiving words of prayer for hundreds of people who deserve a better life?

The next day, I woke up with miraculous news, my first big sale in my real estate career in two years. In addition to my efforts and dedicated work, I believe the love and prayers of all those people back have contributed to my achievement.

As I have just completed my two years in the field of real estate and this is a core memory that I will always cherish and look back upon.

Lastly I want to conclude by saying to those who are in dire need, I may not be with you at this moment. However, my dream is to reach out to all of you and liberate you from poverty and ensure your well deserving life with dignity and respect.
